Thank you for shopping with Sproul Homestead! Each order is carefully packed and prepared before making its way from our homestead to your home. 🤍

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or for larger/custom orders.

Processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available carrier options are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Sproul Homestead.

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us by email at: sproulhomestead@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
